High Viscosity Liquids Internal Scraper Self Cleaning Filter
,
Precision Filtration 20-1000 um Automatic Self Cleaning Filter
,
Stainless Steel 304/316 Scraper Type Filter
Product Description
Internal Scraper Self-Cleaning Filter
The scraper type self-cleaning filter is a precision filtration device designed for high-viscosity liquids including resin, paint, and viscose. This automated system removes accumulated impurities from the filter element to ensure continuous operation and protect downstream equipment.
Key Features
Automated self-cleaning operation controlled by PLC system
Precision filtration for high-viscosity liquids
Pressure differential and time-based cleaning activation
Scraper mechanism driven by reduction motor
Automatic blowdown valve operation
Ideal for resin, paint, and viscose applications
Working Process
Filtration Phase
Liquid enters through the inlet and passes through the stainless steel filter element. Impurities accumulate on the filter surface, creating a pressure differential between inlet and outlet that is monitored by pressure sensors.
Cleaning Phase
When the pressure differential reaches the preset value, the PLC control system activates the cleaning cycle. The reduction motor drives the scraper in a reciprocating or rotating motion to remove accumulated impurities from the filter element.
Discharge Phase
Following cleaning, the blowdown valve opens automatically to discharge removed impurities. Discharge timing is adjustable based on impurity concentration and filtration requirements.
