Internal Scraper Self-Cleaning Filter

The scraper type self-cleaning filter is a precision device that drives the scraper through the cylinder (reduction motor) to remove the impurities intercepted by the filter element and protect the normal operation of other equipment in the system. The water enters the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet, which is controlled by advanced intelligence (PLC). According to the pressure difference and time, the cleaning and sewage functions can be automatically turned on, with a high degree of automation.

Working Principle:
Filter:The liquid to be filtered enters the filter through the liquid inlet. During the filtration process, impurities in the water accumulate on the stainless steel filter element, and the impurities in the inner layer gradually accumulate, resulting in a pressure difference between the inside and outside sides. The pressure difference sensor monitors the difference between the water inlet and outlet. pressure change

Cleaning:When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the automatic cleaning process will be started, and the electronic control system will give a signal to the cylinder (motor) to start working, driving the scraper to reciprocate (rotate) up and down to scrape impurities

Sewage:Alter a certain period of time, the blowdown valve is opened and blowdown begins. The blowdown time is set according to the amount of impurities and the value of the filtrate.
