Rosedale Expands Industrial Filtration Portfolio With Advanced Housing Solutions
Rosedale Products has introduced a range of filter housings for standard and high-flow cartridges, citing use in industrial water treatment, chemical filtration and coolant circulation. The company says the modular housings are intended to support continuous production and reduce maintenance demands in demanding facilities.
Housings address standard and high-flow duties
The line spans single-cartridge units to multi-cartridge configurations accommodating up to 205 cartridges. Applications include municipal water supply, boiler feedwater, machine-tool coolant processing, chemical filtration and custom facility water-treatment systems.
Rosedale says all housings can be supplied with ASME code certification when required by a project, allowing operation across different pressure ratings. The designs are positioned for low pressure drop and efficient contaminant capture.
Specifications and selection
The portfolio separates general industrial filtration from high-flow processing, with several models targeting specific installation and maintenance needs. The table below summarizes the main configurations described by the company.
| Product line | Key features | Intended use |
|---|---|---|
| Standard housings | 1–205 cartridges; easy cleaning; low pressure drop | General industrial filtration |
| High-flow housings | Up to 400 gpm per cartridge; 40/60-inch lengths | High-volume processing |
| Model 8500 | Five-cartridge capacity; quick-open clamp | Lower-cost ruggedized service |
| Model 7180 | Single-cartridge design; 1–100 micron filtration | Precision filtration |
Maintenance and design
Rosedale says the Platinum 700 series is designed so one unit can replace 40 standard cartridges. That reduces changeout frequency and lowers associated labor, inventory, worker-exposure and waste-disposal costs, according to the company.
Single-cartridge housings such as the Model HSS use a ring-nut closure that allows cartridge changes without special tools. The design is intended to simplify servicing in installations where access or downtime is constrained.
